Can I Return or Exchange?
We hope that you enjoy your products you purchase from Midgee Moo however if the product is faulty or not appropiate please contact us using the contact form within 30 days of purchase, with your information and the product fault (photos may be requested) so we can best assist you.
Please make sure that your return item is unused, in original packaging with tags intact. Used items will not be able to be returned unless faulty.
We do not refund for change of mind or sale items. Should a product be faulty or inaccurate we will gladly refund the item less any discounts or promotions applied.
What are payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercards through the secured site of Paypal, cheque & postal cheque (goods will be sent when payment is cleared) direct deposit is also available please send us an email so we can provide you with banking details.
Can I add a product to my order after I have ordered?
Yes, you can if you contact us as soon as possible before the parcel is sent.
Is ordering online the only way I can order?
No, you can phone order by phoning :

or emailing your order is fine.
What is the best way to contact Midgee Moo?
We would love to hear from you with comments and questions are welcome however we do operate Mon - Fri (execpt public holidays) 9am - 5pm.
We will try to respond to your emails within 24 hours during these hours.
Do you Gift Wrap?
Midgee Moo, wraps all orders however, we do offer gift wrapping for a small fee which includes stylish designer paper, gift tag and a ribbon. This can be purchase under : Gift Wrapping.
