Delivery Policy
Midgee Moo offers an affordable flat rate delivery of $7.50.
For Purchases $140.00 and more receive free shipping (except for additional postage items) .This rate is relevent to Standard Australian deliveries only.
Express Post
Should you have a request for an urgent delivery (next day), there is an option to purchase Express Post Delivery at a further cost of $2.50.
International Delivery
Midgee Moo welcomes delivery overseas. However you will need to email us prior to purchase so we can charge you the exact amount for postage. International orders generally take up to 2 - 3 weeks using Australia Post Air Mail.
Dispatch Times
Orders recieved prior to 11am on any business day (not including Public Holidays) will be dispatched that day. Orders after 11am will be dispatched the next business day.
With the exception of larger items, please refer to product description of these items for estimated waiting periods, you will be notified on this occasion.
However, if you are paying via direct deposit, money order or cheque, items will be posted once payment has cleared.
Delivery Time
Midgee Moo uses Australia Post to deliver, therefore parcels can take up to 3 days (under 3kgs) to deliver for Metro areas. It may take 4-7 days for out of metro and country areas.
Local Pick Up
You are welcomed to pick up your order from Ballarat, Victoria. However there is a minimum purchase of $25.00 to be able to pick - up.
Please use the voucher code: 'ballarat' in checkout to avoid the $7.50 postage fee.
Please email us so we can arrange a suitable pick up time and the pickup address will be emailed to you.
Incorrect Details
If an incorrect address has been provided or a parcel has been returned to Midgee Moo as undeliverable, it will be resent with an extra charge of $7.50 .
